“We are defining luxury in motion. While I dream of flying into airports around the world and seeing travelers carrying a distinctive Kimberly Pucci Atelier design—relishing in the excitement of where those bags are headed—that aspiration also translates to crafting a seamless, opulent lifestyle in motion, from cars to yachts and the sanctuary of home. Wherever life takes you, we’re evolving alongside you.”

It’s a good story…
Kimberly Pucci planned to become a lawyer, but a fateful junior year abroad at the Università degli Studi di Firenze changed everything. "Everywhere I turned in Florence I was inspired, whether it was food, wine, art or just the culture of living la dolce vita,” Kimberly recalls. Immediately after graduating from the University of Rhode Island, she returned to Florence and resolved to immerse herself in every aspect of the arts, craftsmanship and heritage. “I bought an apple-red bike, and would aimlessly ride around the city," she remembers. "Every morning the goldsmiths, woodworkers, painters and sculptors would convene for a caffe corretto in the Oltarno neighborhood, and I’d chat with them about their latest commissions.”
Kimberly landed a dream job on the iconic Ponte Vecchio, working with a family of Florentine jewelers with a lineage dating back to the 1300s. She spent 11 years learning every aspect of the business, catering to everyone from American senators to African kings. "What I really loved was sitting with the artisans as they handcrafted a piece of jewelry, transforming the raw materials into a wearable work of art,” she says.
Eventually, she and her husband Alessio, a native of Tuscany, relocated to Kimberly’s hometown of Newport, Rhode Island, yet maintained a foothold in Tuscany with a villa in Montespertoli. While Kimberly continued to build her career, releasing her own line of jewelry, a new era began unfolding.
Crafting a new story…
Kimberly soon fixed her talents on developing an American luxury goods brand fashioned like European heritage brands, relying on her longtime relationships with the best artisans in Tuscany. The result is premium, buttery-soft leather accessories, from handbags to travel luggage, in customizable colors, hardware and details. “Craftmanship is very important to me. The quality of work in Tuscany is second to none,” she says. “Our lifestyle goods imbue the art of craftsmanship, durability and integrity, and will stand the test of time.”
In 2020, as the world changed, Kimberly Pucci Atelier continued to evolve. After observing how her clients were now living—many embracing a nomadic lifestyle—Kimberly sharpened the focus on luxury in motion. She began creating exquisite accessories that are flexible, easily moving with clients from yachts to jets or a second home, and even tailored to those who wish to pair athleisure with a color-rich leather bag or bold artisanal jewels.
Harnessing her nautical-know-how from living in Newport, Kimberly also broadened her scope to outfitting homes and superyachts, embracing new materials and designing bedding, pillows, cashmere throws, placemats and runners for the table, as well as high-performance outdoor pillows. “I consider these yachts as larger-than-life pieces of jewelry,” she says. “Every detail is looked after, as when I created an exquisite bracelet that launched in my first jewelry collection in Florence.”
