We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of initial purchase. Please email us at clientservices@kimberlypucci.com with your order number for assistance.

Custom Order Policy
We want you to be completely thrilled with your Kimberly Pucci Atelier creation, so we allow changes to custom orders within 24 hours of initial purchase. Please email us at clientservices@kimberlypucci.com with your order number, requested changes and contact information.

Order Confirmation
We will send an order confirmation via email when your order has been received. If you do not receive or cannot locate this email, please contact clientservices@kimberlypucci.com for assistance.

Shipping

Each Kimberly Pucci Atelier bag is handcrafted in Tuscany by our master leathergoods artisans. Most handbags are custom-made to order, so kindly allow 5 weeks for delivery. Items designated as "in stock" will ship next business day.

US Shipping
In the US, we currently offer expedited shipping via FedEx, UPS or USPS at a $40 flat rate per bag. Please select your carrier of choice during the checkout process.

International Shipping
For International orders, please contact clientservices@kimberlypucci.com and we will provide a quote based on the size and weight of your order.

Tracking
We will send tracking information via email when your order has shipped.

Delivery Policy
If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our showroom and is subject to our Returns, Exchanges + Refunds policies.

Returns, Exchanges + Refunds

Please note that kimberlypucci.com offers two categories of handbags:

CUSTOM ITEMS allow you to choose a particular combination of options online, including exterior color, weave, hardware finish and/or size.

STOCK ITEMS are not customizable online and are designated as either "in stock" or "out of stock" on the product shopping page.

Prior to requesting a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
• The item is not a custom product. Custom products are excluded from the right to exchange or return unless through our error.
• The item must be returned unused in perfect, resaleable condition. Any item with evidence of wear, marks, stains, scratches or perfume will not be accepted.
• The item must be returned in its original box with all accessories including shoulder strap (if applicable) and dust bag. 
• The item shall be returned in the same external packaging it was shipped in. 

Custom Items
Custom items cannot be exchanged or returned. However we will replace, at our cost, or issue a full refund for any bag with errors in style, color, hardware or workmanship, or that was shipped in error.

Stock Items
Non-custom, stock items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. 
• Our exchange is a full credit, and a full recharge, to the original form of payment. 
• Our return is a full credit to the original form of payment.

Exchange and Return Period
The 7-day exchange and return period begins on the date the item is delivered to you as documented by the carrier. For your return to be accepted, it must be documented as received by the return carrier no later than close of business on day 7. 

Gift Items
Any non-custom, stock item that is purchased or received as a gift from November 1–December 31, 2019 can be exchanged for another in-stock item of equal value, or returned for merchandise credit by January 15, 2020. Kindly review our Return Shipping policy for details. Merchandise credit will be issued as a kimberlypucci.com online gift card.

Gift Cards
Online gift cards purchased on kimberlypucci.com can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Online gift cards issued for kimberlypucci.com merchandise credit are not eligible for refund.

Return Shipping

Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us at clientservices@kimberlypucci.com. Please note:
• For exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
• For refunds, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and deduct shipping charges from the credit due.
Kimberly Pucci LLC cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipment nor will we refund the value of the goods wholly or partially.

Return Credit
Credit will be issued to your original form of payment, and a confirmation email will be sent at the time the refund is processed. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Kimberly Pucci LLC reserves the right to refuse the return of items shipped after the expiration of the 7-day exchange and return period, and/or are not unused and in their original and resalable condition, and/or do not meet the confines of our return policy. Returns that do not meet our policy will be shipped back to you at your cost. 

Repairs

Kimberly Pucci Atelier Warranty
We offer complimentary repair of broken zippers, handles, hardware, stitching, straps or chains for three months from date of purchase. Please email us at clientservices@kimberlypucci.com for assistance. Kindly include pictures of any damage. 

Kimberly Pucci Atelier Bag Spa
Out-of-warranty services, cleaning, hardware replacement and more are available by arrangement with Concierge Cobbler NYC. Please email us at clientservices@kimberlypucci.com for assistance. Kindly include pictures of any damage.
